Incredible place! Highly recommend! Probably the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in and at a VERY reasonable price!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The Hen house is a little gem. The garden and surrounding area is idyllic and the house is charming. We had a lovely couple of days relaxing and thoroughly loved our stay. Brian and Judy are lovely hosts and I highly recommend a stay with them.

We had a wonderful few days at Helen and Frank’s place. We felt really at home and enjoyed everything about our stay: the beautiful cottage, the comfy bed, the spacious wet room, the welcoming notes, the provisions, the outside space, Moggy May, Percy, the cockerel, sorry AND Percy’s mum, and of course, Helen and Frank themselves. We had a totally relaxing few days, enjoyed fantastic days out at the beach at Formby, RHS Garden Bridgewater and, on Helen’s recommendation, a great day at Lytham St Anne’s, walking on the beach and playing crazy golf. Had an excellent meal at the Cavendish Arms and great takeaway pizza from the place just down the road. Would thoroughly recommend😃

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Thank you for having us & thank you so much for all the tasty treats!

Really lovely, homely feeling cottage with everything you need. Very comfy beds. Beautiful surroundings. Will definitely book again if heading for the area.

We spent the Easter long weekend at this beautiful and peaceful place. The kids loved the trampoline, swings and games. When the sun was out, having lunch outside was really nice. The pond is a beautiful sight from the windows, and the walks nearby are worth exploring too.

We had a lovely, peaceful break at Richard's cottage. The kids (and the adults) loved meeting the pigs. A great space that had everything we needed, plus cake on arrival! Richard was very friendly and helpful. The views were amazing and there's loads to do nearby. Just perfect for a holiday. Thank you again.

Lovely stay at Steve’s place for local event, Steve was very accommodating with his parking, very friendly and very comfy accommodation The bed is indeed very comfy same as other peoples reviews Great job Steve!

Stayed at Helen's place due to working locally for a few days. Helen was very friendly and helpful welcoming. The place was great. Had everything I needed and felt very homely. Location was perfect for me as it was only a few minutes from where I was working. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

Great small cabin! The cabin was lovely. The view and the garden was pretty. Jess was responsive. Definitely worth it!

Brilliant place for a re set if thats what your looking for as we were. Outdoor bath was amazing, views beautiful, canin really cute and comfy. Firepit was lovely too. The other 4 cabins are closeby but you do manage to get your privacy. Dont hesitate its fab!!

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Stayed for 3 nights and didn't see one person, i even went for a walk around the area... its what I wanted, peace and quiet... beautiful inside and out. I'm definitely going again loved it, I could live there.

Hands down one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Rod and Victoria have done an amazing job with the cabin and it just ticked all the boxes. You couldn’t ask for a better location sat between the water and the lovely horses behind us. How nice it was to be sat round the fire pit watching the boats go by tucking into some sausages from the BBQ. The little touches really made the place feel like home. The fresh bread and butter. The outstanding marmalade to accompany a nice cup of tea with some milk 😊 and the hot chocolate, biscuits and marshmallows sure did go down a treat with the kids! They provided all the fire wood we needed for the night so we could get the wood burner going which made the cabin feel lovely and toasty. They also gave you some feed for the animals which was such an experience for the kids and they loved it. Super friendly hosts with great communication. Easy and accurate directions to follow. We have had the most amazing few days in the Damson pod. It was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and the children loved playing freely in the sectioned off field. They loved saying hello to the alpacas every morning, and Sarah invited us to come and feed them too which my daughter was delighted about! Sarah made us feel really welcome, provided discounts for the local area and put a lovely little welcome pack with biscuits and drinks which was so nice! We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer!
