The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

A beautiful flat in the heart of Bath on one of the city's most iconic Georgian streets, with wonderful views out to the grandeur of Great Pulteney Street and the green hills beyond. It's a very short walk to the shops of the city centre and a stone's throw from The Holburne Museum, Bath Rugby ground, and one of Bath's most famous sights: Pulteney Bridge. The flat consists of sitting room / kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and upper mezzanine with daybed, and promises a quiet stay.

Self contained studio accommodation in the picturesque village of Bathford with easy access both to city life in Bath and to delightful surrounding countryside. Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

The Garden Room

Beautiful, self-contained, self catering room, with own bathroom in the Cotswold village of Biddestone. Lovely walks nearby and 7 miles from Bath. Fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave etc. There is milk/tea and coffee. there are several shops in Corsham and a big Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby. Excellent pub food locally at ‘The White Horse’, a minutes stroll away. ‘The White Hart’ at Ford, on the river is excellent.

Powlilea Cottage is a large, self-contained apartment, with a private entrance, attached to my home. There is adequate parking for 1 vehicle and access to my garden to sit and relax. The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
