Feel the breeze on your face and listen to the sounds of the bird life while enjoying a morning coffee on the verandah or a cool drink in the afternoon.The cottage is equipped with a modern kitchen, lounge room, shower, toilet, laundry, and verandah. After returning from a day at the beach enjoy a rinse off with the outdoor shower.

Bowarra is an 85 hectare biodynamic beef farm 12 minutes from Wingham and 30 mins from Taree, Saltwater and Old Bar beach. Bounded by the Manning river and Burrell Creek guests have access to plenty of freshwater activities. The house offers a peaceful and secluded stay complete with inside fire and outdoor fire pit. Additionally, we are one of the few Airbnbs in the area that do not charge cleaning fees and allow pets, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

This 100 year old house offers a rustic & retro beach house experience. Kept simple, comfortable, it offers classic fun including jigsaws, games & yes a TV & DVD & we've recently added wifi. It is only a 5 minute bush walk to stunning Blackhead Beach or 10 minutes through a sub-tropical rainforest to the shops. Once you've arrived there's no need to get in your car til you're ready to go home.
