This is a newly refurbished one bedroom, ground floor apartment, with private driveway and back garden area. The building is located in the heart of Cheadle. Very close to shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport. 10 minutes to Manchester Airport and 20-25 minute drive to Manchester City. The apartment has 1 freshly decorated bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed. The spacious open plan living/kitchen area has a sofa bed - suitable for 2 adults, however, it is a small double bed.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is also perfectly placed for easy access for public transport (tram/bus) to Mcr city centre, both Utd and City’s grounds, Co-op Live and Mcr Arena and Mcr Airport.
