We had to quickly book an overnight stay before our flight, glad Ms. Kim's unit was available! We had a satisfying stay here, especially because it's close to the airport. The location is so convenient, and the unit is clean! :)

Our stay at Melanie’s unit was fantastic! It was our first time staying in a more spacious unit, and it made a huge difference in our comfort. This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

I found my stay very pleasant. I felt as if I were home. I spent lots of dinners enjoying the patio. The patio was very private I really loved all the Rainey night dinners while drinking a glass of wine with my girlfriend. I would have to say that I could not have founda better place to stay at. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

I would suggest to always check the things if functioning before the check inn time.

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

This is my second time staying at the guesthouse to celebrate my birthday. The place was very cozy and homey; it felt like home. The host is a very kind and understanding person. I loved the place a lot. I was confused that the beach was so far away. Most Filipinos couldn't afford a place like this, but is ok for foreigners.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia’s House! The place was spotless and very well-maintained; you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. It’s also super convenient; just a short walk to SM Mall and with easy access to Davao Coastal Road, which made getting around so smooth. Sofia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive to all our requests. She made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Davao!

The view from the balcony was stunning, and the building amenities especially the pool were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions.
