My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

It is a newly built, one bedroom (loft-style), self catering cabin/chalet with lounge/kitchen plus shower/toilet. Upstairs is a compact, yet cosy twin bed, loft-style bedroom with a delightful view of Dingle harbour through a triangular shape window. Cereals plus tea/coffee provided. Suitable for remote working.

A practical (not luxury) studio ideal for guests out exploring who want a quiet place to sleep, shower and prepare light meals. Just 10–15 minutes from Portmagee harbour and Skellig Michael boat departures, and close to Valentia Island, the Ring of Kerry, beaches and coastal walks. Not suitable for groups, families, parties, or hotel-style stays.
