Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Access to Sefton Park and the Promenade are also short walk away. Electric Vehicle charging point is located just outside the property.

Dogs allowed, but not to be left unattended. Five guests maximum.

We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.

My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests!
