Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Tolles AirBNB, sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, außerdem jede Menge Ausstattung, zb zum Kochen... sehr bequemes Bett. Nur 5 Minuten zum Theresienplatz und -Center, dort gibt es einen Rewe zum Einkaufen.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Ein unfassbar freundliches man, die Wohnung war das Geld definitiv wert und riesig, die Gegend war sehr weitreichend und man kann definitiv gut seine zeit verbringen 👍

Hatten einen kurzen, aber schönen Aufenthalt. Die Waschmaschine im Bad ist aus Platzgründen doof platziert. Vielleicht kann man an die Türe einen Dämpfer o.Ä. machen, damit man beim Öffnen der Türe nicht so gegen die Waschmaschine knallt.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Es waren wunderbare, gemütliche Tage am Neidlingerberg. Wir danken für ein wohliges Zuhause, bisschen wie damals bei Oma - wirklich toll! Besonders der Kachelofen in der gemütlichen Stube machte den Unterschied. Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Gastgeber in einer ruhigen, wunderschönen Umgebung. Vielen Dank lieber Hans!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Helga and Josef are super nice, kind and very helpful. The place is spotless clean. I love how clean it is. And it’s really big for 2 people. The surroundings are so peaceful. Its worth to stay. We planned to extend unfortunately somebody has booked the next day. I would highly recommend the place of Helga and Josef, you can see the Salzburg Mountain from the window and door. Thank you Josef and Helga for being so accommodating and helpful. We truly enjoy our stay in your airbnb.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Christas Haus - wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt - es ist viel Platz, in einer netten Gegend, mit guter Kommunikation und einer tollen Kaffeemaschine :)

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wunderschön, genau so wie auf den Bildern - habe mich direkt wohlgeführt und würde es immer wieder buchen!

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Chegamos muito cansados da viagem e na geladeira havia leite, suco, pão, queijo, ovos, manteiga, salame, água gelada mais cápsulas de café na bancada. Nos sentimos acolhidos logo ao chegar no apartamento. A Vivi é muito rápida em responder mensagens e deixou o apartamento impecável para nossa chegada além de instruções claras por escrito o que facilitou muito nossa vida. A localização é ótima. Transporte público muito próximo. Quero voltar mais vezes a cidade e me hospedar nesse lugar maravilhoso.

Wir haben uns in Annettes Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Vor allem haben uns die großen Fenster und der Balkon mit Blick in die Natur, die Küche und der Kamin gefallen. Wanderwege gibt es vor Ort, z.B. zur Burgruine Weißenstein. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit und kommen gern wieder.

We had a fantastic couple of days. The apartment is beautiful and even better than the photos. Great hosts who were there to meet us. It was well equipped and very close to restaurants, bars, beer halls and the old town. In a great location it was a fantastic apartment for us and our teenager boys.
