Enjoy your private dock, large deck and access to our boat ramp…or play poker in the large 3 season porch.

The VIEW on Grand. For the discerning traveler with high-end comfort in mind. Enjoy the incredible view while snug in bed. Sip coffee on the deck and watch the sun rise over the lake, roast marshmallows over the fire while listening to the sound of the water. Cozy up inside and watch the birds bob on the waves. Kayaks are stored on the side wall of Wren for our collective guests to enjoy. The stairs for lake access are immediately behind the deck and available for use by all eight cabins.

I have two cabins. Basically they are mirror images of each other. They are 375 sq. feet of pure quiet and the BEST queen mattress for a PERFECT night's sleep. There is also a futon with the thickest mattress available that makes a full bed. Perfect for 2, cozy for 3. FIBER Wifi. NO ACCESS to the lake from the cabin. Pets ok. No pit bull or mixes. No huskies or mixes. No dogs over 50 lbs. Must be friendly to people and animals. Serviced by BATES PEST. CONTROL after each rental.

A-frame with expansive views of Grand Lake. Large deck and dock with a breakwater. Boat ramp near the property. The property sits on a little over an acre and is gated. A small zip line for children is always a favorite. WIFI/Stocked Kitchen and pantry/hotel amenities. The deck has a 6 person hot tub. A Blackstone grill and outdoor table for 8. Along with a propane fireplace and additional seating. There are several stairs that lead down to the property and down to the dock.

Walk down to the new dock and enjoy. Minutes from Disney's amenities with free rig and boat parking at the gated Mountain Mama's. DO NOT PULL A TRAILER DOWN THE DRIVEWAY. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Whether it's boating, swimming, fishing or just relaxing this is the place for you. Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. You can enjoy a shared dock for fishing or swimming and park your boat on the NE side of the dock while you stay. Enjoy your private entrance and private deck with fire pit and BBQ grill.

Outdoor Living! Hot Tub + TV

This cabin features an XL covered patio with Hot Tub, 65’ TV, Blackstone style griddle grill, 2 couches, and eating area! Inside you will find an open concept with one king bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. Most cooking will be done outside on the Blackstone, but there is a fridge, large Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, and double burner inside. There is also a washer and dryer! LOCATION! Close to multiple marinas, Little Blue Area, and Disney.

With all the windows this cabin has the outside come in. There is a large island to accommodate most groups. The entertainment area has smart TV. As the main floor bedroom has smart tv and lower level queen bedroom has a smartTV.

Pelican Roost is well equipped and sets in the shade of tall lakeside oaks. Washer and dryer, nicely equipped kitchen, Smart TV, deck, outdoor dining, and a grill. Room to park a car and boat. Just a short walk to the lake.
