Vakantiewoningen met open haard in District 1

There was a slight problem at check-in as the apartment we originally booked was not available. We were moved to another building for the first night which was not ideal. However, Khue put us in a larger apartment in the original building we had booked for the remainder of the stay. Communication was great, location was fantastic, the apartment/building was beautiful.

We loved our stay here! It matched the pictures, was very clean, & was easy to find! We were on the second floor, so there was only a short walk up the stairs! The power did go out twice while we were there, once around 9am one day and once around 5am another (it wasn’t just our building, so no fault of the host who was super responsive & solved the issue quickly!). We appreciated that we were provided with house shoes so we didn’t track in the muck from outside as well! Also, the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure & an adjustable shower head as well! Overall, the stay was fantastic & next time we’re in town, we will stay here again!!

This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed alone at this accommodation and it was honestly very spacious. It could easily and comfortably accommodate 2 people as the bed is also big and comfy. The room itself is very clean and modern. The TV is a Smart TV so it has all the applications you’d need. Netflix, YouTube etc. The location is honestly the best part. I was looking for a centered, yet not-chaotic environment and it was exactly what I hoped for. It’s located in front of a huuuge supermarket and surrounded by super nice cafes and restaurants. Also, going to all the attractions around District 1 never took more than a 10 min bike ride and even with a car it’d only take 15 min. I’d love to stay here again in my next trip to HCMC :)

This spot is a gem! Tucked right in the center of everything, it felt surprisingly private – like a little hidden nest. The host and their team were fantastic – so proactive, friendly, and always ready to help. I particularly loved the beautiful window overlooking the street; it was great for people-watching (though I can see how it might not be for everyone). Overall, definitely worth the price!

I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

Ngoc’s place was the last stop on our Vietnam trip, and it was exactly the kind of authentic experience we were after – so much better than a hotel. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and in an ideal location in District 1 – you can walk pretty much anywhere. There are loads of cafés, shops, and restaurants just around the corner. Ngoc was thoughtful and had everything ready for us – filtered water in the kitchen, some cold bottles in the fridge, and basic toiletries in the bathroom. We really liked the stylish lighting and furniture details. The neighbours were lovely, and we always felt safe, even coming home late at night.
