This was a comfortable place in the heart of Ho Chi Min City and the host was very responsive.

10 out of 5 stars this place is really nice. it is really peaceful and has 2 cute and friendly cats. we had to book longer because of them. we love this cats so much so very much

My husband and I loved our stay at M Village The Garden! It was very quiet, we couldnt hear any traffic. It was also walkable to District 1 (about 20 mins) and only 10 mins to a 4Ps Pizza outlet! The room was much smaller than the pictures (they used really good wide angle lens), but the bed fits my 6ft tall husband. The room also had everything you need like towels, face towels (which are changed every 2 days, and listed as not provided), shampoo, body wash, hand wash and even dishwashing soap (which came in handy to wash my bottle). They didn't have cups in the room, so I texted them on the WA num they provided and was provided one immediately! We stayed for 5 days 4 nights and it was a very calm and relaxing stay. Staff were responsive and friendly, room was clean and adequate, aircond was cold.

I love the place it feel like home ... the staff and owner were helpful and accomodating and responsive anytime. the construction next building is annoying but thankfully its just in the morning. overall its highly recommended i love it.

Super bien placé dans le centre d’ho chi minh, le airbnb se trouve dans une ruelle très mignonne et calme, ce qui fait du bien quand on connaît le trafic de la ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Lorsque nous avions des questions, notre hôte a toujours été présente pour y répondre. Super !

Nice place in the city center, convenient location and complete facilities.

This hotel was a great base for exploring Ho Chi Minh and in the perfect location to explore all the hot spots! The room was clean and spacious and there was a 24/7 reception so someone was always on hand to help if necessary. A great feature of this hotel is check in is at 12pm which is significantly earlier than a lot of places which was great. This hotel was also great value for money and we would recommend it to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh.

I had nice time at the room and would come back. The price reflects what you get but still solid. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of food options and the rooms are not noisy. The staff is very gentle, funny and proactive!!!
