Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Дора за нас не е домакин, а един невероятен човек, който се превърна в нашето семейство от Шабла! Чистота, спокойствие, птички, зеленина... А във въздуха рано сутрин се носеше аромат на прясно приготвена закуска от златните ръце на Дора! Това кътче от България е мистика и много силна енергия! Препоръчвам всеки да си изготви списък и да посети забележителностите наоколо. Дора е неизчерпаем ресурс от знания и правилни насоки. Не познавам човек с подобен опит в туризма! Great and very welcoming host. The house has a very cozy garden and all necessary amenities, it's close to a grocery store, restaurants and also just around 1km away from an amazing beach. Will definitely visit again

We rented the villa for our wedding and host my husband’s family who came from abroad. Everyone had a great time and felt very comfortable. With the host’s permission we also hosted the ‘picking up of the bride’ by the groom in the traditional Bulgarian style where friends and family came to witness this. We really loved our stay and the hospitality. Out questions were always answered and we felt very comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Maria was excellent host. When we arrived and during our stay Maria was busy and out of town. Yet, she was always quick to answer the phone and I never felt dismissed or brushed off. The house was spacious with big yard and old walnut tree, under which we could sit and relax. In addition the interior was excellent. Clean, decorated, all facilities and devices were working. The fresh bed sheets and towels were adding a great deal of comfort. Over all if I go to Bulgareveo again, Maria and her guest house will be my first choice.

Имахме абсолютно възхитителен престой в апартамента на Nikolay. Беше безупречно чисто, удобно и красиво декорирано. Домакинът беше невероятно гостоприемен и ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодаря ,за водата оставена при пристигането ни 😊Това беше идеалното място за почивката ни . Силно препоръчвам !!!

Excelent! Una dintre cele mai frumoase privelisti pe care le am avut vreodata la o cazare. Gazdele sunt foarte subtile, respectuoase si prietenoase. Multumim, este a doua oara cand venim si cu siguranta vom reveni. Cheers!!!

I spend few days with my family in the place during the a summer heatwave. Thankfully, the place was air-conditioned and we could enjoy the lovely view of the sea and forest from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped so we had all that we needed. The only problem was that the pool was not cleaned recently and we couldn't use it

We had a great time! We will visit again soon :)

Very good location with very nice views. You are very close to most of the restaurants and shops in Balchik, and maximum 15 minutes of walking from a large beach. The place was very clean and had more things than listed. The self check-in was very helpful since we arrived very late. Overall, one of the best locations in Balchik.

The apartment is great, very clean and maintained with a very good location, just minutes from the beach and all restaurants, with very beautiful sea view. There is very good Wi Fi connection, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The host is very kind and explained everything that interested us. I highly recommend this apartment and we would visit it again. Има много добър Wi Fi, кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо.Собственикът е много любезен и ни обясни всичко което ни интересуваше. Препоръчвам този апартамент горещо, бихме го посетили отново.

We had a great time Mark's place. The apartment is in a premium location with ocean views, right in front of the pool, on the top floor (note: there is no elevator). The resort was not too crowded when we visited, the staff were friendly and all the restaurants were good. We'd stay again if we have the opportunity.

Everything was perfect . The apartment looks great and is very spacious equiped with all you need . Best food at Balcon Restaurant is just few steps away from the building

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

we had great time. apartment is luxurious with excellent sea view. even better than shown on pictures. though a little far from the beach, must have a car, otherwise not so easy to get to the sea. the pools in the area are perfect, visiting the beach is not really important.
