Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

We had a lovely stay at Ado’s apartment. The space had everything we needed and then some. We had a private terrace with a view of the bay and lots of cats running around outside! Our host was super welcoming and made sure we were settled in properly. The location is also perfect, only a short 20 min walk to the old town and the bay is literally right outside the door. Such a beautiful area. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kotor.

Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Kotor, Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und doch liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zur Promenade geht man über den Garten ein paar Treppen hinunter -nur die Mücken waren hier etwas lästig. Das Appartement ist äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

If you are going to Kotor, stay here!! The host couldn't be better. She is so helpful and kind. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many air bnbs. This is our favorite (by far.) We originally booked for one month, but we loved it so much, we decided to extend for another month. From the stunning views to the heated floors...this place really is special. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars :)

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

My wife and I stayed at Petivat Gardens for 2 months (October-November) while working remotely. We absolutely loved our time there. The first thing we must mention is the hospitality of the hosts. Stefen was always kind, responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. He speaks very good English so it was easy to communicate. Marta and Branco were incredible hosts as well. They were extremely generous and often gifted us their homemade wine and fruits and vegetables from their gardens. Even though, we didn’t share the same language, they invited us over multiple times for a drink and treats. We can’t express how welcome we felt here. The rest of the family who lives on the property are also very warm and friendly. Not only are the host amazing but the apartment itself was perfect. It was spacious, modern, very clean and had great views. The wifi was very strong and we never had issues with us both working remotely there. We 100% recommend staying here!! You will love it!

Great place to stay to explore Kotor bay. Its location is great as it’s close to the water where there’s lots of quiet places to sunbathe and swim. It’s about 20 minutes walking distance from the old town but the walk is very nice and there’s cafes, restaurants, bars and beaches along the way. Dejan was a great host and very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay at Marijana’s. Just outside of Kotor Old Town, 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Would strongly recommend for a short stay in Kotor!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Fantastic Airbnb, world class view and nicely furnished

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

This apartment is a very cozy place to stay in a good location, walking distance to the center of Tivat, and close to the beach. It was spotless clean and had everything necessary inside. The bed was comfortable, too. The host is very helpful, and speaks good English. Definitely recommend It for the nice stay in Tivat.

The place is clean and Irena is a lovely host!! She gives very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and even provides recommendations on the surroundings if wanted! The apartment is situated next to a busy road (does get quiet at night). It didn’t really bother us much but keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise. Overall I really recommend!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A great little apartment in a beautiful location. Near enough to kotor to visit for great restaurants and sights, but far enough to be much quieter with a beautiful beach. Nikola was a great host, he responded quickly to give us advice on our first day in Montenegro and provided lots of useful information about buses and local restaurants.

Very helpful and kind host — thank Zorica! She was always responsive and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Great location, just 5–10 minutes from the Old City and the Spanish Fort. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (including a large fridge, which many other places don’t have). Having a heater was a real bonus during the bad weather.
