미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Charmingand authentic apartment in a calm area with lots of Cafes around, close to the 10 mins grab away from the old quarter

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Appartement vaste, très confortable, et calme compte tenu de son emplacement au centre-ville. Bien situé, cuisine bien équipée, bonne douche et eau chaude en quantité. Tra a été très disponible et gentil en messagerie lorsque j'avais des questions. Je retournerais volontiers à cet appartement !

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

The location of the place is good and the apartment is quite large. Nga is very responsive and really helped us out in a bind. Thank you!

We had a great 1 month stay in Lakeview 4 apartment, we even extended our stay as the apartment was so comfortable. It’s a large apartment that’s on the top floor located at the end of the street. There’s no car access so it’s very quiet which was perfect for us. We enjoyed looking out the window to the lake, watching locals fish and swim. We are a couple that travel and work, so we had two tables arranged so we could have one table each for work. Vivian our host was very lovely and responsive, she checked in on us and helped us with multiple things like ordering drinking water to the apartment. The apartment was cleaned twice during our stay, which we didn’t expect so that was a plus! The apartment in reality is slightly older than what it looks like in photos but we had expected this before booking and it’s totally fine! We also enjoyed having a big tv and kitchen space. We would stay here again if we come back to Hanoi.

outstanding location, apartment and host. the neighborhood is good for walking with many local places to eat. apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and the kitchen is stocked with cooking items to eat at home ... having a washer and dryer is an added bonus. the host is quick to respond and is knowledgeable about the area. I will request to stay during future visits to Hanoi.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It's modern, secure, clean, and located on a quiet street, with a balcony view overlooking fields. The wifi is stable, the mattress is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. Access to the washer/dryer on the ground floor of the building is free. The host is very responsive and helpful. I can recommend staying here.

Good place to stay, amazing view. Was quite far out from the city but grabs are cheap taxi's. Small shop and nice pizza place and restaurants within a 15min walk. I would book again, it's nice to be a bit out of the chaos of hanoi

We had a great stay. The beds were really comfy so we had a great sleep. The location is just outside the centre which meant it was quieter, but still accessible by grab. The host was responsive. Only critique was that there was no plug for the bath which was one of the reasons we booked the place, so would’ve been good if this had been checked before hand. However the host was responsive and accepting to any comments.

Okay, this place was perfect. Wanted to spend some time just out of the centre and west lake is perfect for it. This place was ideal to take a break from the nightlife and still stay in a the mix of things. I stayed for a couple of night and ended up extending my stay which was assisted by the host. Even though my room was taken they gave me another room just above and both hit the spot. If I’m back in the area, I’m coming back here… that says a lot!

This is my favorite location in Hanoi -- that little corner of West Lake near The Hanoi Bicycle Collective. The apartment is on a very quiet side street less than 100 meters from the lake and there's a convenient store right around the corner. The apartment has been recently renovated, it was clean, there were no bugs, and there are 2 large SmartTVs. The ACs cooled the apartment immediately, there is a washing machine in the apartment and dryers in the lobby -- I love dryers.

the room doesn't have much air since the window face a wall but the room was still good
