The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

The Little Cabin (annex with own entrance)

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
