The perfect house for campus visits, visiting your KU students, or gathering your KU buds at HOCO. Mildred Clodfelter (AKA Millie) was born and raised here, I lived in this house when I worked for KU, our Jayhawk boys, friends, and nephew lived here during their KU days. One block north of the stadium, private parking in the Oread Neighborhood, easy walking to Mass Street and campus, perfect porch, your basic headquarters for Lawrence and KU. Not fancy, but new mattresses and clean linens.
