Beautiful Flat Lake lot for multi-family fun!

Relax at this 3000 square foot well appointed lake home situated on one of Alexandria's best lakes, Lake Ida with the lake's North public access nearby. This home features a large flat yard and a sandy beach for outdoor fun on 100 ft of beautiful lakeshore. Be ready to enjoy the lake all day! Overnight guests are limited to 12 adults. Douglas county allows double that number during the day for your outdoor summer activities, but twelve guests age 6 and older is the max for overnight guests!

Cozy lake home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake place to stay. Many spaces to hang out with great view of the lake. Great backyard with a great fire pit patio over looking the lake and a Rainbow playground. Nice dock with excellent fishing off the dock. Paddle boat, kayak, and paddle board included or bring your boat to enjoy beautiful lake Victoria. Lots to do for the kids with the spacious yard, playground, ping pong, and basketball hoop. Lic #2005
