Million, Billion Trillion $$$ View~So. Lake Tahoe

Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Well appointed, beautifully furnished condo, centrally-located, very walkable, close groceries & restaurants, Ski Run Marina, El Dorado Beach boat launch, Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos. Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).

Spectacular Tahoe Sunset Condo

Beautiful mountain and lake views. Situated atop the eastern ridge of the Sierra Nevada Mtns, our condo provides the perfect place to base your vacation stay in Lake Tahoe. Walking access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and just a couple miles to numerous beach options, this is a natural paradise. Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)

Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft Bedroom & Bathroom. Renovated kitchen upgraded appliances/fully stocked. Large second bedroom with updated bathroom. Located 10 minutes from all the Casinos and lake beaches.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers.

Heavenly Lake Tahoe Cabin with Incredible Views!

Newly renovated Lake Tahoe cabin up on the Heavenly resort mountain with stunning views. Just a 7 minute walk from Heavenly Stagecoach, 10 minute walk to Tahoe Rim Trail, and 8 minute drive to the Lake & Downtown. Beautifully secluded views, modern, clean, allergy friendly, and location can't be beat. Tahoe uplifts us in so many ways. Our home nurtures us and we hope it does the same for our guests.
