This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Enjoy a stylish, cozy, and efficiently laid out apartment equipped with all you’ll need: newest appliances, modern furnishings and cleaner than your house (we’re confident in this aspect). Perfect for 2, but can host 3. Located downtown, with all the good and not-so-good that goes with that. If you don't like city life, please don’t book it just to leave a negative review. Walking distance to UTK, Neyland Stadium, Children’s Hospital, restaurants, shops, parks and Tennessee river.

This converted 1940's-era industrial building is now a 2000+ sf open format loft with a modern vibe. Skylights provide plenty of light. Enjoy the view onto your private courtyard from the windows that make up the majority of the back wall of the common kitchen/living/dining space. Chill out on the couch or cook a gourmet meal with family and friends. Two large en-suite bedrooms welcome you to your nightly rest. And even though we are downtown, noise is nearly always minimal.

Location, Location, Location! Located in the Old City close to Market Square, Gay Street, UT campus, newly constructed baseball stadium, Mill and Mine concert venue, and Knoxville Urban Wilderness. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer without having to get in your car! Walk or bike to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Entire condo to yourself. Third floor with stairway access only. I look forward to you enjoying this wonderful space and fantastic downtown area!

Easy walking access (less than one mile) to University of Tennessee and two miles to Market Square and downtown. Next to a greenway and a park that offers tennis courts, jogging trails, bike paths and more! Easy drive to the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. There is a community pool on property.
