Absolutely loved my stay at this listing! Check in instructions were very detailed and helpful. The space was great and very clean. There were very nice touches, such as available toiletries and complimentary snacks and coffee. Vonetta was responsive when I had questions and was always incredibly kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in Memphis!

Stylish 1 Bed, 1 Bath Apartment Downtown Memphis

Had a great time in Memphis. Place was great and I loved the morning sun in the main room. It felt bigger than in the photos. The bed was really big. There was a wonderful coffee shop on S Main I could walk to (dr beans) as well as a million other things. Special props to the team who responded to my (many!) requests quickly and effectively. If I were going to warn future guests about anything it’d be that the walls and floors are quite thin so you do hear other folks at times. Wasn’t a problem for me. The only other tiny thing is the bizarre practice of having a valet pick up trash every evening is that sometimes the hallways have a bunch of trash cans in them. I suppose it’s convenient but it was a strange first impression! Overall really loved my time here and heartily recommend.

The house is gorgeous and big. We came to Memphis with 6 people to see Graceland. The space was fun, beautiful and comfortable. Everyone thought their beds were very comfy. The games and gym kept our two teen travelers happy also. The gated driveway made us feel very safe. The house seems to be close to everything you will need. We loved Torrion at One and Only BBQ, it's just down the street! Thomas was the real bonus. What a fantastic host! Super helpful. Always answered. He kindly navigated us through a few hiccups at check in. Then resolved another small problem before I could even ask about it. I can't say enough good things about him or this house. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

The host was fast to respond to our requests. The location is close to local colleges and the building is full of college kids. We loved it! The young people were respectful and kind. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable! We both got good sleep the entire visit. The unit had everything we needed except a microwave. Later we found a microwave in the rec room. The entire time we were there we just used the oven to warm up leftovers. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. $2.00 dollars to wash and $2.00 dollars to dry. The workout room is simple, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, some dumbbells and a mirror for yoga. You will need to take your own yoga mat. Walking through the neighborhood was beautiful as the dogwoods were blooming. We liked the unit and appreciated the host’s fast responses . We will be back!

The house is very clean and had a great location. About a ten minute walk to Beale street and a great location to other bars and restaurants that were walkable. I enjoyed my time there . Parking was a bit difficult but manageable . We found free street parking and there was a garage across the street that was 12 dollars daily.

Great property especially if you are coming for the purpose of visiting Beale street. Very close and walkable to Beale street. Clean house and spacious. As others mentioned there isn’t a door on the bedroom rather a curtain but it wasn’t an issue for us. Also property is on 2nd floor so one flight of stairs up. Parking across the street was $12 a day. There is street parking but we didn’t use. Overall great stay and will definitely be back and recommend.

I Loved My Stay In Midtown. Bianca Was A Wonderful Host And Her AirBnB Is Extremely Nice. The Only Thing I Would Recommend Are Curtains Because It Is EXTREMELY Bright When The Sun Comes Up. AirBnB Is Located In A Very Safe Neighborhood.

Kelly’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Memphis! It was close to everything and the neighborhood was beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and there’s a fun game room! Kelly was also very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. Would stay here again!

this is the third time I've stayed at this house, and it's always been a pleasure. the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the home is gorgeous. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. He even has spices and condiments available. You could not ask for a more pleasant big city Airbnb experience.

We had 5 adults, the house was a little big but we wanted the extra space. The backyard is just as it is pictured. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. We found some great restaurants that were a quick uber ride away. The decor had a lot of thought to it, I appreciate the vibe! Would stay again!
