Beautifully appointed vintage Craftsman guest suite in the heart of Mission Hills. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and even Hillcrest. This home is centrally located and is a 10 minute drive to Sea World, Downtown, the airport, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy, and world class beaches. This home boasts modern features while retaining original charm. Beautiful neighborhood. There are two outside security cameras, one on the walkway and one on the back porch.

Think of this like a hotel room or a minimalist studio. The entire unit is: - ONE compact room 6.5" x 11.5' - Bathroom - Private entrance There is no kitchen or living room. It's attached to my house. The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch. There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & detergent.

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.
