It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

We are located in Westcoast Sooke, British Columbia. Gateway to storm watching, surfing, beach exploring, hiking, biking, camping, relaxing to the sound of waves. Our place is close to the town of Sooke yet surrounded by farms, a short drive to beaches, located on a peaceful, forested 2 acres. We will be on hand if our guests need directions to one of Sooke's brewpubs, hiking trails, how to find a secret beach or which local lake is prime for swimming. Come stay in our beautiful farmhouse in the lovely Fulford Valley, looking at Mount Maxwell. Family friendly and quiet, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden to listen to the birds in. We're located steps from the Salt Spring Island Brewery and have walking trails down to Burgoyne Bay park. Our property also has a free-ranging duck, chickens and a large friendly puppy! This is a great get away for anyone looking to be close to the ocean and the great outdoors. Located in Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina, a home away from home. The resort is located in the community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby. The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.
