We added this guest house in 2023, it’s a two story with a bedroom, bathroom, 65’ TV on each level, great for sharing with friends. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
