Sergej.... Your place is amazing. We enjoyed our visit emmensely. Would definately come by again. Was great to have a BBQ in your garden, with the view of the river. The garden cottage was fantastic and we enjoyed our BBQ dinner there. I love the sound of running and the cool breeze that cools the hot summer days. You have a GEM there. Everything we needed was there. The only thing my wife missed was a toaster... :) The sun-room is a super addition to the house. Can only imagine spending time there in winter with the fireplace active. So, to anyone else wishing to spend time here.... you would love it. Go ahead, make your booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was of a very high standard, the view was breathtaking and the area was tranquil. It is an excellent location for those seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Furthermore, the provision of a hot tub and an infrared cabin constituted an additional benefit. We were pleased to have found the place and were impressed by the welcoming host.

Hello, my experience: Very positive Mr. Vida is so far best provider I’ve met yet. Very fast replies, very friendly and communicative, mr. Vida did wait for us before arrival to be sure that we will get to the correct appartment. And he did even more for us, what I really apreciate. House met our expectations, beautyfull view even from the bed, everything written about this place and house is correct.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist von wunderschönen Wanderwegen und Bergen umgeben und man kann sich sehr gut entspannen mit Sauna und Whirlpool mit dem Blick auf die Berge, wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Platz und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice cozy tiny home for short stays. Efficient layout, nice bathroom. Lots of things to do nearby, short walk to city center. Gets a little muddy in the shoulder season.

The house on the hill is amazing, if you're in for a retreat or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The view is beautiful....exceeded our expectations, to be honest. We woke up early to get the best of the changing view with the clouds and mist clearing through dawn. The house is perfectly equipped to spend quality time indoors. We're a family of five, with 2 teen boys and a 10yr old, and we managed to enjoy our short stay in peace without anyone getting bored. There are good condition bikes, however, if you're not familiar with the area and mountain cycling, I don't suggest you take a ride straight from the house. Also, the drive to town is a bit steep, so make sure you equip yourself well from the first day. The rest is bliss 🌲😊🌳

Naše prvo obiteljsko glampiranje, nešto potpuno drugačije i nama novo. Predivno iskustvo i djeci i nama, od pogleda, kupanja u bazenu, logorske vatrice navečer, gledanja zvijezda i spavanja u vrlo udobnoj drvenoj kućici. Cijeli kamp je uređen s dušom, svaka stvar ima svoju priču. Preporučam svima a mi se jedva čekamo vratiti. Velike pohvale domaćici Mateji koja je vrlo susretljiva i ljubazna.
