Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

This is newly built house slightly outside city of Drnis, surrounded by pine forest. House is located in quiet and private area. It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

We are located in Siverić (Sibenik - Knin County Region) on the slopes of the mountain Promina, near the National Park Krka, 30km from the sea. From the nearest town (called Drniš) we are just 4 kilometers away, by car you are there for 3 minutes. Beautiful natural environment that helps you to maximize relax and unite with Mother Nature.
