We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

The property was very nice and new. It definitely matched the photos and descriptions. The bedrooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was small but very peaceful and had great walking trails. The hosts were especially attentive and communicated well with us the entire stay. They were super professional and polite and friendly promptly addressed any of our needs.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Really great apartment, easy to find, easy to get into. Communication was fast and great value for money. Would recommend.

Everything was great & provided, from the basic essentials, interior design, up to the balcony with stunning burj khalifa view! We just had a hard time with the parking access card as it is not working. Security / reception / owner had an miscommunication and wont let us in everytime we get back to the place. In addition, WiFi is not that stable inside the rooms. 3 room does not have any ventilation.. Overall it was superb! My family enjoyed the eid holidays. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ammna's place. The apartment is clean and its fully equiped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Ammna is an exeptional host. I recommend this place to anyone seeking home away from home. Thank you Ammna, we would gladly stay here again.

Von der Buchung bis zum letzten Tag war alles einfach nur perfekt! Bez war bereits vor unserer Anreise für uns da und hat sich unglaublich aufmerksam um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Besonders schön war, dass er kurzfristig ein Babybett für uns organisiert hat, das bei unserer Ankunft schon liebevoll bereitstand. Das Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung – wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Bez war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns nicht nur bei Fragen zur Unterkunft unterstützt, sondern auch tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Seine herzliche Art und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht – es hat sich von Anfang an so angefühlt, als würde man einen guten Freund besuchen. Wir sind unendlich dankbar für diese wundervolle Erfahrung und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und den Kontakt aufrechterhalten. Vielen, vielen Dank, Bez, für alles!

Nader is a fantastic host! He was very hospitable, helpful, careful and polite.The apartment is perfectly clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay. 10/10, would book again should we return to Dubai.

Great place to stay at also very close distance to alot of activities and resturaunts wich makes a it very convinient! And the host was very responsive overall it was a great stay!

House was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. It's on a nice estate called villanova which is very well maintained. The pool is just a minutes walk and the kids loved it. Again, it was very well maintained. The host was really flexible with check in / out and when we arrived and found there were no cereal bowls, they turned up brand new the next day. Really repsonsive and helpful. Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We stayed at this apartment for one month - the location was perfect with walkable distance to the shopping mall, marina and plenty of restaurants. The place was squeaky-clean, host very friendly and responsive. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Special thank you to Umar who made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible from start to finish. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Hisham who was our host was absolutely amazing! Very supportive and responsive. The Villa is a nice size and has all the amenities required. The only feedback I have is the property is in need of a little update, just the usual up lift after successfully renting a good property over a long duration. That said, Hisham genuinely went above and beyond to support our every need. With a little uplift, we would definitely rent this villa again and would rent from Hisham if he had other properties.
