Convenient location close to Dunsborough shops, beach. Beach & walking/running track accessible via a short corridor between 2 townhouses. Wayne set up the beds into singles for us once we asked. Balcony is fantastic, comfortable & private. Pool table. Comfortable lounge area with throw rugs to snuggle with. Huge kitchen. We were on a girls weekend & the townhouse was perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful Gracetown property. The location was 10/10, easy access to the beach and amazing views from the upper level and balconies. The house was very clean and matched the images.

Absolutely stunning home, we were a group of couples enjoying a regular break away, the moment we walked through the door we just knew we had booked the "Cream of the Crop" blown away by the size of this property, very spacious and comfortable. Fully stocked large kitchen with every utensil we needed. Amazing coffee machine! BBQ spotless. Views to die for life for 4 nights wasn't enough! Beautiful beach across road, morning walks for 2 hrs before breakfast was just stunning. Stroll to town very relaxing and an easy walk. We all felt very very privileged to be together in this beautiful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was incredibly well equipped. Everything we could possibly have needed was there. The layout was also great with lots of areas to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful part of the world but this location is tucked away at a slightly quieter area but still close to the rumble of the seaside town. The house was gorgeous with fabulous decor. Close to the cycle and walking paths and sea. Rooms are spacious and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

This was an amazing 3 night stay for the Busselton triathlon. Everything was effortless. Great instructions to use all the appliances etc.. large spacious rooms & entertaining areas with a gorgeous view of the ocean. 4km to the jetty on a safe pathway. Thank you Wendy & Tim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property.

This is an absolutely amazing property. From the moment we walked thru the doors we were so impressed. Everything was so clean, the rooms were more than sufficient, and the outdoor set-up was marvellous with a small lap-pool on top of it. Everything was so easy and the owner was absolutely magnificent in the communication department. We will literally plan out next trip to Bussleton around the availability of this place.

Thankyou for sharing your beautiful house. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely courtyard with a beautiful outlook and enjoyed many walks to the beach. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful ensuring we had a lovely stay. We thought it was great value and would recommend it to our friends.

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

Beautiful home, perfect for two families. Close to the beach, shops and Busselton jetty. Very clean and presentable. Amy was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this little paradise that is Busselton and Margaret River region. A solid 10/10!

Joshua is a great host. place was beautiful emmaculate and spotless when we entered. easy check in and check out. Beautiful surroundings walkable to beautiful beach. very clean complex . I would rate more if I could. we are definitely going back to stay. My kids also loved the place.

Jane was an excellent host. She was attentive, super helpful with clear communication. Her place is absolutely stunning. Fully stocked, comfortable and in a great resort location. Kids loved the extra amenities! Absolutely recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We were a group of 10, consisting of 2 families and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at “Anelga” over the Australia Day weekend. The property had everything we needed and made us feel at home. The ocean being a hop-step-and a jump away, we had many relaxing beach-walks and dipped ourselves in the water as much as we wanted. In a world where machine generation is almost the norm, it was a pleasant surprise to have a hand-written welcome card together with a best seller from a local winery as we checked in. Added to this was a follow up message on Day 2 to check if all was OK. The plethora of board games kept our young ones engrossed while the collection of books was a treat to our booklovers. All in all we had a great time, and would love to go back to “Anelga”.

Chris is an excellent host and this is an ideal property for a big family or two small families. The kitchen is well equipped, outdoor space is beautiful and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay and time in Dunsborough (15 minutes walk).

Great trip, the house was lovely with beautiful views out to sea, it was very well organised and I enjoyed our stay .I would have expected toiletries provided at that price (just a soap/ body wash) like other stays in the region provide at a similar price.

Stunning location, easy walk to beach. We loved the tennis court and clean house. Highly recommend! Side note, the property is not fenced so if you have a wandering dog, needs to be kept inside or on a leash.

Everything about our stay was great. Great place in a great location. Everything we needed was there and it was clean and in good condition. Our host had covered everything. This was our first experience using Airbnb.....it won't be our last! Thank you.

Great communication by Claire, checkin was smooth. The place is lovely, private and clean. Close to caves,beaches and a short drive to Dunborough. Short stroll to general store, bakery and local tavern. Highly recommend Claire’s place
