Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

This was my second stay at this home. Both visits met expectations and we were happy to return!

My grandchildren and I spent 5 days in Charlotte's immaculate townhome for my grandson's 25th birthday. The townhome is squeaky clean, the kitchen is updated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The beds all have comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We hadn't been to Washington before so I was unaware of distances. Our visit occurred during a rare major snowstorm and the weather was freezing. We are from Florida so we didn't bring boots, hats and gloves (we did buy hats and gloves at the local CVS). In any event, we were relieved to learn that Ubers are almost instantly available and we used them a lot. Our return flight to Florida was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. I didn't love the idea of spending extra hours in the airport so I called Charlotte for help. Despite the fact that Charlotte had guests arriving immediately after we left she went out of her way to save us from an airport nightmare and we were extremely grateful.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. They are very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their guests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a truly positive experience. It was simply amazing. Daniel was a fantastic host. The house was incredible. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful felt just like home. The family and I enjoyed every inch of it. Family vacation home for every trip we take to DC.

The home was clean, conveniently located to the highway, and also very convenient for accessing the metro. Your responsiveness and politeness were also very much appreciated. Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We spent a few nights at Basit house, and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Samad is very responsive and helpful, check in was super easy with the code being sent to get in, so very flexible. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, it was lovely to have the guidebooks and tea/coffee/cereal bars available to us. The HVAC was a bit noisy at times but that would only impact you if you were using the sofa bed, and Samad does provide earplugs. Quiet neighbourhood, people in the street said hello, walkable to the metro and Safeway was just up the road too. Thank you Samad!

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 10 had a very comfortable stay at John's place over a weekend.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my students Safety Patrol trip! We were easily able to travel into the city and the grocery store/restaurants were close by. The Airbnb was very clean and accommodated our large group. The small details were so appreciated— for example, the hosts left fresh flowers upon arrival, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, the closets with extra blankets, etc. They really thought of it all! The kids especially loved having the yard space to run around. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb— their commitment to charity also makes this place an obvious choice for your next stay!

Thank you for the amazing girls trip! We had an absolute blast. The house was just as described and matched all photos! We always felt at home and it was beyond perfect. Will stay again if we come back this way!

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful host and accommodations. Picturesque well appointed and great comfortable beds. We felt right at home and had great workspaces as well. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return.
