Steam room, Pool and gym facilities were clean and neat. We had an relaxing and incredible time.

Easter Weekend Getaway Review We had a wonderful stay during the Easter weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with delicious drinks and snacks, setting the tone for our trip. The accommodation was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Andrew, our host, was exceptional. He provided clear instructions and directions, and even checked in on us to ensure we arrived safely. His caring nature truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

The place was quiet spacious and very nice with a beautiful view of the city. The host was very friendly . The location is next to a lot of trendy restaurants which are a walkable distance from the place.

A wonderful place to stay in Durban. The host is always available to assist and there are caretakers on the property ready to help if necessary. The pool is spotless and the entertainment area is full of options and lots of fun. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Beate home is truly a "home away from home". Each day I went into Durban, I looked forward to getting home. The home is tastefully designed. She just bought a new wooden table for 6. All the wood in the house matches the lush garden that you're surrounded by. :-) Anything you can possible need is in the home. Beate is also lovely enough to get whatever you may need. Walking distance to anything you need. I really enjoy this home!

Lydia is a good host and her house is stunning. 🤩 I have already shared the booking details with my friends and family who’ll be visiting Dbn soon. I loved everything and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely choose Lydia’s house again when I come to Durban.

Karla was extremely accommodating, we needed a big pot, and she brought one in minutes. She was always online, attending to anything we needed and wanted to know. it is very homey, and surrounded by their own beauty art. The location was close enough to all we needed during our stay. Lindsey was a great host. This was our second time staying at her place. Her communication is exceptional. We enjoyed every bit of it. We felt right at home. Lindsey is a thoughtful and caring person, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We always enjoy our time at her place, from the view of the ocean to the wonderful helper Dorris who is so friendly and kind. We definitely will be back for another stay soon! The house was tranquil and peaceful. I would highly recommend visiting Lindsey’s place for a nice getaway. Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

We had a short but lovely stay at Naomi's place, it is conveniently situated, well appointed and had everything we needed. Naomi made everything from checkin to checkout effortless, it was a pleasure to deal with her. I highly recommend her and the lovey loft.

We reached out to Siphesihle after a terrible experience at another AirBnB listing. We were on our way to Siphesihle's place within 2 hours. We're forever grateful for his hospitality when we needed it the most! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, safe, spacious, and near plenty of restaurants. Though it was on a busy strip, my family (including a toddler) had uninterrupted rest each night.

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

Paola was an absolutely amazing host. She provided us with clear instructions up front and was extremely communicative. She assisted us with all of our inquiries and she made us feel right at home. "An Absolute Gem!" This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches. From the welcome basket with local treats to the guidebook packed with insider tips on restaurants and attractions, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The bed was comfortable, and we woke up every morning to the sound of the sea —pure bliss. The location was perfect too: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to the beach. The hosts were communicative, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate—this place is a dream. We can't wait to come back!
