Wonderful stay!! We had the best time and so thankful to Lam and her team. Very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our stay, very clean and comfortable. Eat at Non Restaurant across the street. Clean beach. Market opens at 4:30am each morning just down the road. Thank you!!!

말그대로 럭셔리 가족여행다녀왔어요 ㅋㅋ 강가 뷰는 그림같고 인테리어도 새집처럼 아주 고급지더라구요 눈호강도 했네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 3층구조인데 4 베드룸이라서 가족끼리와도 서로 얼굴 붉힐일없이 사생활도 보호되고 아주편했어요 풀장도 겁나크고 깨끗해서 아들이랑 조카들이랑 물놀이 실컷하다왔네요 ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 픽업차량도 완조니고급지고 호스트님도 레스토랑예약 ~투어까지 다 알아봐주셔서 풀코스대접받는기분이라 최고여써요.... 다이슨 드리이기, 주방도구 비데등 없는게 없고 아이들용품도 빌려주셔서 최고였땁니다.아이들있고 가족여행생각하시는분들 무조건 요기예약하셔유....ㅎ

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Świetne miejsce położone bardzo blisko plaży, wiele lokali dookoła. Do miasta też blisko. Było bardzo czysto i duży plus za baniak z wodą mineralną do picia.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa. Netter kontakt und auch kurzfristige Serviceleistungen waren kein Problem. Direkt am Meer, welches wunderschön und fast leer war. Privater Pool, öffentlicher Pool. Leider waren wenn man essen offen hinlegt schnell Ameisen da, ist aber halb so wild. Sollte man aber wissen wenn man empfindlich ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

호스트가 친절하고 매일 풀장관리 깨끗하게 관리하였습니다. 도보 거리에 마트가 두개가 있어 자주 이용 하였습니다. 편하게 있을 수 있어 연장하여 late check out 했습니다^^

הבית מקסים ועוצב נהדר, המרפסת גדולה ומשגעת. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לי שהמים בפילטר היו עם ריח של עובד, המארחת אמרה שזה תקין, אבל לי זה הריח לא טוב.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa Rosie 2 , cosy et confortable, excellente literie et qualité des serviettes de toilettes. Bien sûr nous avons adoré la piscine avec son petit coin détente après nos balades. La villa est à 10 mm à pied de la vielle ville et des restaurants. Très sympa le soir et pour faire des allers retours dans la journée. Bien sûr il y a aussi les taxis ( pour info bcp moins chers que les « pous pous « à vélo ) et je recommande le salon de massage sur la rue principale. Seul petit bémol la villa 2 est située dans une petite rue où ne passent que les scooters , s attendre à un peu de bruit quand même et pour nous pas de chance une veillée mortuaire dans la rue ( barrée pour l occasion ) pendant 3 jours et 3 nuits très très bruyante ( chants et « dong ») mais ce n est pas la faute de Rosie .j ai toujours des boules Quies avec moi ….. mais ça n a pas suffit 😞

We had an amazing stay at Palm View Villa! Bao's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highlight is the Breakfast.. so goooood We especially appreciated the villa's proximity to Hoi An's ancient town We highly recommend staying here. 😍😍

Nous sommes venus entre amis pendant 5 jours dans le logement de Kiet et c'est une des meilleures semaines de vacances que nous ayons eu ! Le logement est impeccable avec une grande piscine et de belles grandes chambres. Kiet a été le meilleur hôte que j'ai pu rencontrer, il nous a aidé pour tout : taxi, visites, réservations... et sa sœur nous a préparé de délicieux petits déjeuner. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement !

We had a great 5 night stay in Hoi An. Thuy's house was lovely, we could walk to all the centre bars and restuarants. We used the bicyles that were there too. The beach is not far, we hired a moped which was easy Thuy was so helpful and organised alot for us. Thank you. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Très belle maison, propre et très agréable. La maison est dans un quartier de vie de Hoi An qui permet de partager la vie des habitants. Vy est une super hôte qui nous a aidé ppur la réservation de différentes sorties.

Our stay at the villa was truly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The property was absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location. We loved the pool and how spacious the place was. What made the experience even more special were the incredible hosts. Xuan went above and beyond to support our group, helping with everything from visa issues to reservations and local recommendations. Her kindness and hospitality was truly remarkable. We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend this villa enough!

Kiet is an absolute gem of a host. He (and his family) go completely out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Even taking my husband to the local restaurant when we arrived to help him get dinner. The homestay feels like a luxury backpackers lodge with international tourists milling about and savoring what Hoi An has to offer. The only thing I would say, for young families, is the two bedrooms villa is actually 2, single and separate units beside each other. Completely fine for our family with an 11 year old, but may be an issue for children who are not independent. The suites are beautiful and beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend Kiet’s place.

This is the best stay during my trip in Vietnam. The villa is clean and even the pool is well maintained. It’s located in the forest but no bugs can be found in the room. Bao is a super host and really helpful. He offered motorcycle renting and taxi hailing service of great cost performance. The breakfast is tasty and fresh. People here are all very nice and friendly, I really appreciate it bringing us such a wonderful experience!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in two villas! The staff were very helpful and made THE BEST breakfasts each morning (and accommodated our early departure time.) We all loved the surrounding gardens and the pool. The location was a bit of a walk at the end of a long day from the old town in the heat, but it’s so easy to get a taxi.

I was really excited about this trip, it was my first time off in three years and I wanted it to be perfect. I think I started asking questions about the place 6 months before the trip and didn’t stop until the last day and she answered the questions with grace and 100% accurate information every time. Any extra services i asked for were provided at a very reasonable price. The villa was clean and tidy and well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the pool was excellent. I spent a lot of time in it. Will return. RECOMMENDED
