Entrée privée. Au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison familiale, des éclats de rire ou de voix peuvent vous parvenir. Piscine réservée pour la famille 30 min par jour. Aéroport 30 mn, plages 40 mn, cirques 1h à 2h. Golf, restaurants, supermarché, pharmacie, primeur, poissonnerie, église, parc à 5 mn.

Prévu pour 2 personnes, il est composé: - d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain extérieure (eau chaude) et WC, d'un espace ouvert sur l'extérieur avec coin cuisine équipée et d'un jardin avec jacuzzi et piscine. Situé en bord de mer en baie de Saint Paul dans une réserve naturelle exceptionnelle (cocoteraie et étang), près de commerce du centre-ville, du marché de Saint Paul et de la route des Tamarins. Endroit calme.

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.
