We loved our recent stay at Hal's place. Communication: Promt and was always available Cleanliness: It was far better than the photos on the website. Very satisfied. Accuracy: Amenities: overall: Property is definitely exceeds our expectations than than what have advertised/on website. It was right near the lake and peer. Such a beautiful hidden town, so peaceful quiet and calm. Short walk to the town. We loved our stay. More than everything what maked it better was friendly hosts. Hal was very friendly and just because of that we would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this place especially for a small family with kids. You named it they had everything. My family and I had the most wonderful stay. Paynesville is stunning and the house is cozy and comfortable. The child safe a dog friendly backyard were perfect for us, this ensured a stress free stay on the water. We will definitely be back!!

Katie’s house at Wonboyn was absolutely brilliant. The location was superb being lakefront with amazing views over the inlet. The house was spacious and easily accommodated my adult kids and oartners. It was a bonus to have access to a boat and several kayaks from the private jetty. All this on the doorstep to the stunning Beowa National Park. Katie was a terrific host and very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this accomodation and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in Loch Sport, especially after a long day on the beach or bushwalking. The property is relaxing and easy to use, with a lovely undercover area out front. Host is very friendly and helpful!

A Magical Stay at The Ginger Duck – Omeo’s Hidden Gem! We recently stayed at The Ginger Duck in Omeo, Victoria, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place is nothing short of magical. The house itself was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the most special moments of our trip was witnessing a stunning starry night right from the property. We saw shooting stars and Milky Way. The skies were so clear and full of stars, it felt like something out of a dream. The surrounding scenery was equally breathtaking—peaceful, scenic, and just what we needed to disconnect and unwind. If you’re looking for a serene retreat surrounded by nature with a touch of charm and comfort, The Ginger Duck is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The view from the house is stunning. They have done an excellent job at bringing nature into the house. Each room has a stunning view of the surroundings. I couldn't get over the view of the lake and the moutains 🙌 The house was gorgeous, clean and well equipped. I've already recommended this house to others. The host was so responsive and helpful through texts. We had such a great stay, thank you.

The home was as in the photos, beautifully decorated and stunning lake views from many windows in the home. A well equipped kitchen and large frig/freezer combo. Easy walk to the local cafe,general store and bakery. Overall the home was lovely and clean and our family had a very relaxing time away. Thank you for letting us experience your lakeside home.
