Great spot for a long weekend! Wonderful location close to the beach and local wineries. Richard was a great host offering lots of recommendations and clear instructions for check in and using available amenities.

Beautiful large home, clean linens, plenty of towels, bathtub worked great. John was very responsive and helpful. Slept 9 people comfortably. The living room area was cozy with an indoor fireplace and the kitchen was large with a large oven and dishwasher. Five minute easy walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Highly recommend this place.

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

The place was charming, quaint, and exactly as described. It had a cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Honestly probably the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in, and we use AirBnb a lot. The place is immaculate, and everything seemed brand new. It is even much nicer than the photos online show, and I feel it's even bigger than the pictures show. I forgot my charger at the unit, and she contacted me right away and saved it for me. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. The location is great, on a quiet dead end street. The neighborhood is very quiet. 10 minute drive to Southampton Village and just a few minutes from Ponquogue Ocean beach. The backyard is huge and pretty. The rooms are sunny and bright. Everything seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were pristine. Kitchen had coffee, and there is a Hampton Coffee 5 minutes away. Design and decor were really top notch. There is a little table and chairs outside. She leaves beach towels! There is even a little electric fireplace. A truly perfect stay and Ana is so nice! Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely loved Michael's cottage. It is a ~15 minute walk from the village and is on a quiet street. The cottage feels like a beach house but is very well appointed and homey. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The beach house was great. Instead of being on a road, it was on a green commons area that gave it a really relaxed neighborly feel. It was a very easy and pleasant 1 minute stroll to the beach, where was a great pastry and shop, and restaurant, and some simply amazing views. Deb's communications were also great and check in went amazingly smoothly. Also the town of New Suffolk itself is quite charming, and is a perfect base for exploring vineyards, beaches, hiking trails and whatnot.

We had a wonderful stay at Mischa’s home. The house was truly stunning - beautifully decorated and clean. Mischa has clearly thought about all of the little details that make a stay memorable - the kitchen was well stocked and the place was so cozy.

Danielle’s place was adorable and extremely clean! The kitchen was beautiful and the home felt cozy and homey. She was very responsive and a very kind host. I can’t recommend her enough and would absolutely rent from her again!

Rich’s cottage was very comfortable for me and my 2 friends who came for a weekend winery getaway. The kitchen looked newly renovated and each of the bedrooms were comfortable. Also, the cottage had a nice deck in the back to relax on. Location was a short walk to a public beach and driving distance to many restaurants and wineries. We had a great stay.

We, a group of 4, really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s surprisingly roomy and comfortable inside with spacious kitchen and living room. It’s a short walk to a wonderful market and a few restaurants and short drives to many other areas of the Hamptons. Really good central spot, very clean and comfortable. Very good value! We highly recommend!

Staying at Fabiola's was a dream. This place is very homey and welcoming. We had a lovely stay for Christmas with family, walking to the beach in the morning and cozying up around the fire in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Would love to stay again.

I stayed for 17 nights during September. Would highly recommend Katharine’s charming beach cottage to any traveler looking to spend time in Sag Harbor. The home is full of light. Spent many evenings enjoying dinner outside on the deck. I didn’t have a car but I brought my bike from the city. The walk into the main Sag Harbor village takes 35 mins, or 10 mins bike.

Nice house. Well kept. A little crazy trying to get 6 adults dressed and ready for a wedding with only 1 shower.

Doug’s place is at a great spot. I stayed for five days and it is cute and comfortable just a few minutes walk from the beach. If you plan to stay more than two-three days and prepare some food at the place you would need to take out your trash at some point since there is no room service. The place is overall outdated but that was not that important to us. It may benefit from a good deep cleaning and some minor decorative updates for more appeal. It’s a good place for the price and it’s location. I’d recommend it.

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!

What an amazing property and relaxing stay. Jen’s cottage is the perfect retreat. The grounds are gorgeous, quiet and relaxing. We are a couple with a 3yo and it was a great size for our family. It is also so beautifully decorated! It’s tucked away but only a 5 min drive to the beach and 10 min drive from town where there are great shops and things to do! I would stay here again!
