In addition to the self-contained property you will also have exclusive use of our private heated swimming pool within our well kept gardens and grounds. Lots of fun things to do on the park as well as a perfect location for local attractions such as Tattershall Castle. We are located at the end of a quiet area with beautiful views of Tattershall Castle and the Castle Lake. We are a family run business running over 6 years with over 140 fantastic airbnb reviews. A most beautiful luxury annex to the main residence , with an indoor heated luxury swimming pool and 2 person sauna infrared.The property is set on the River Bain ,with open views to the Bain valley. . The pretty village of Kirkby on Bain is just 600 yards away. The Ebbington Arms is a wonderful public house which is well renowned for its excellent food. The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks.

Caravan by the beach

The caravan is in a quiet location 100 meters from the beach. There is WIFI in the caravan. In the living room you are welcome to use free view, Netflix, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player. There is a dining arena with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area. Our caravan has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots off warderobe space and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed. There is a shower room and toilet. Beddig is provided.

Lakeside Indulgent lodge 8 berth, Hottub & ramp

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs met, and lining and towels were provided. Sun all day long on decking. Up to 2 dogs (only pets) are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. Please check the park's website for prices.

Lovely rural escape

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay
