In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Waterfront apartment, centrally located with lovely views over looking the Brayford Waterfront, views from the bedrooms of the cathedral and castle. Minutes walk from the train station and high street, a walk up steep hill will take you to the cathedral quarter. Directly opposite on the waterfront you have a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema, the university & Engine Shed venue. Due to the central city centre location you may experience some foot fall noise, evenings/weekends.
