Very much enjoyed staying at Kelly’s with my family & dogs for the holidays. Would recommend to anyone wanting a safe, charming, well located place to stay in Memphis.

Very clean and big in person , everything was a 10/10 they communicate very well and quick !

We had a wonderful stay! Nicole was very responsive and helpful, and she checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Very comfortable and clean home, it was perfect for our party of 6, including our two year old. Quiet neighborhood that had a lot of great restaurants close by and a short drive to downtown.

There were 6 of us that stayed here for the weekend. We found the place clean and tidy and well supplied. Loved the selection of books. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive. We were there for a memorial service and the host allowed us a late checkout which was very helpful for our elderly father. Also the walk in shower in addition to a tub was great. The minimal requirements for a quick efficient checkout was also appreciated. Suggestions to make this even better.: The mattress in the smaller bedroom was a little too squishy. And iIt would have been nice to have one hardback chair Iwithout wheels) that was of reasonable height for an older person.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The inside was spacious and comfortable. The backyard was just what the doctor ordered for kids on spring break!!! The backyard was large and privately enclosed with a fence. The house location was easily accessible to all things. The house is in what appears to be a neighborhood under gentrification. But, we felt safe in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a great stay and the host was excellent! This house checks all the boxes.

The home was beautiful and the hosts made my first Airbnb rental a breeze.

This place was amazing. The host was very connected and sent multiple messages through the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

We just returned from a long weekend in Memphis and this apartment did not disappoint. The location was fantastic to so many local restaurants, attractions, and of course Beale St. we were able to walk back and forth several times because of the location of this building. The home is exactly as pictured and there are so many intricate details to ensure guest feel right at home. I greatly appreciated the coffee as well as the extra toiletries that were provided. We did not cook at all while we were there but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The level of detailed check in instructions was very helpful. I would absolutely stay in this home again and thank Belgica for the comfort that was provided to us.

Older house but lots to do and felt like home. Not far from stores and restaurants. Hosts were nice and understanding. Just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house.

I had a great time everything was clean and the pool was nice also came with Floaties witch is a great touch and I absolutely love the kitchen they have pans and any other item you need. I’m definitely coming back!!

We had an excellent stay at Drew’s place. I admit I was a bit nervous about the location because I grew up in Memphis, but this area wasn’t how I remembered it—it turned out to be surprisingly great! The home was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for our group of six adults and one child. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for the little one. Love, love the instruments a great reminder of Memphis’ rich music history. Entry was a breeze, parking was convenient, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We never needed anything extra, but whenever I had a question, Drew was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Drew’s place for your next stay in Memphis!

La maison était propre et elle avait tout ce qui était nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

This was a fabulous stay! Colleen was the perfect hostess. Wonderful southern hospitality, friendly and went above and beyond for us and our fur babies. She had treats for our pups, fresh flowers in our cottage and a few things in the fridge for convenience. The property is beautiful, private and peaceful. It is a hidden gem for certain! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend them.

Great home that would be ideal for a family or group of friends to entertain in because of the back patio and pool. It felt private and quiet, with decent amenities.

Words can't describe how amazing Josh response time was. Check in was a breeze. The location was great. He all the essentials needed and the place looked just like the picture. I will definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Cherie’s place. The home was very comfortable and very nice decor. She communicated well, and was easy to manage all the details. Would recommend it!

We could not have found a more perfect spot for our quick getaway. The Cooper Young and Midtown area are full of personality and this bungalow fits right in. There is plenty of space for everyone, check in was quick/easy, and Heidi was great at communicating. With downtown being a quick Uber/Lyft ride away there is no reason to stay anywhere else.

Thomas thank you for hosting my co worker’s and I. And thank you for being so respectful and responsible to our needs. We will be back next month!

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful definitely worth the stay

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

We were in town for the Memphis Marathan and stayed at Picket Fence Retreat. The house had plenty of space to relax and be together with friends and family and we felt right at home. Thomas provided special touches like coffee and tea and a hot water pot. Thomas was quick to respond and all directions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood also felt like home and was conveniently located to all we wanted to do. We highly recommend Picket Fence Retreat and hope to stay there again.

Wayne was a great host! I loved everything about this house, from the time I walked in it felt like home. I had a slight issue with something and he immediately started to help and showed how concern he was. The pictures are exactly like how the house is. Great for a getaway/ double date trip! Great location, games in the home and a amazing back yard! I will be coming back to visit!
