It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
