Gastenverblijven in East Sikkim

We had a 3 night stay at Sanjay's place and though it was pretty warm at Kalimpong, the house was cool, covered with greenery all around. If you like places which are away from the hustle and bustle, tucked within greenery, then this is the place to go. Food was homely and delicious. My 10 year old son was busy througout the stay playing in the adjoining areas in the property. We were travelling with old parents and my wife was recovering from a fractured foot so when we navigated through the flight of stairs to reach to our cottage, they did not seem happy. But all of that was gone the next days as they enjoyed all the walk they could get amidst the purity of nature. Sanjay and his staff are super responsive and always there with a smile. So in short, if you are looking at this property and reading my review, my suggestion would be to go ahead and book.

the property was serene, well kept . Rooms were squeaky clean.... they have their own restaurant with mediterranean, continental and Indian food options.... ' boro and chotto fusi ' the two friendly and well trained dogs made our day .... Our host Ashish was very friendly and helpful.... he solved all our queries patiently..... parking was hassle-free....In short ,It was a great stay ☺️

A cosy place stocked with amenities and a killer view. 5 minutes uphill walk to the road, and you can get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The terrace was well furnished and the bathroom was stocked. Had a lovely time.

The property as per host description and probably one of the most convenient location in Kalimpong. The host is genuine and non-interfering. The property was kept clean and has basic utilities.

I loved every bit of this place. I am overwhelmed and eternally thankful for the hospitality, warmth and love Ramita showed me as a host. She has taken care of every small need I had. I will carry this warm memories with me and definitely would love to come back again and recommend this highly to all my friends and family. Thank you once again Ramita for everything!
