A lovely place for a peaceful weekend with friends and children. Great that we could bring the dogs too. Mazelle was very helpful and Ponderosa had everything we needed. There’s not a huge amount nearby in terms of supermarkets etc so best to get a delivery booked if you want to be stocked up for the weekend. The beach bar directly over the sand dunes is lovely and very friendly and a perfect spot for a coffee or a beer while watching our teenagers on beach. They had a great time on the beach and then a dip in the hot tub. There are a couple of places in Rye that are on Uber Eats/Just Eat/Deliveroo/Food hub if you don’t want to cook.

Pretty detached bungalow-Rural/Vineyards/Coast

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed in. It’s finished to a really high standard, it’s very comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen is really well equipped so cooking was a breeze, there’s plenty of storage space and there’s a great attention to detail. There are so many great walks and the host recommendations were spot on. Just a perfect property and we will be back!

Peaceful Eastbourne bungalow near harbour

We had a lovely stay at this bright and airy bungalow. It’s in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Sovereign Harbour, the beach, and a large supermarket with other retail stores nearby, which made everything really convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. Sheila was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again 😊.

Hodges Oast self catering cottage.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay here, from the friendly welcome from Trish and her dogs, the welcoming flapjacks , flowers, spotless accommodation and peaceful setting it was perfect. Trish has thought of everything one might need for a short break away. We had our dog with us and there was even a pot of goodies for him. Great location too, visited Hever Castle , Rye, Tunbridge Wells , Great Dixter Gardens , lovely walks but then so peaceful to come home to. Trish was a great host and made everything so easy from directions, checking in and all communications

Little Cartref, light, airy, contemporary bungalow

Little Cartref was perfect for exploring this part of Kent and East Sussex. It was comfortable, well equipped and quiet and close to Tenterden with its Waitrose and Tesco shops. The enclosed private garden was a particular benefit as we were lucky to have really good weather, so could sit outside in the evening. Sarah and Simon were lovely - very friendly and helpful but didn’t intrude. There are many places to visit in the area, including many gardens, so we had a wonderful few days away. Thank you, Sarah and Simon.

Lovely, clean, spacious property. Well decorated with all the amenities you would require. Lovely, secure garden for our sausage dog, where we ate lunch in the sunshine. Also, one of the best features is the beach is only a one minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

‘Tombreck’ 3 bed bungalow on quiet private beach

We had a lovely stay at Simon and Sharon's place. It was a well equipped and bright bungalow and wonderfully situated, right on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather although early October, and had some good walks along the beach to Pevensey Bay. A delightful mini break. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou 🙏🏼

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

Pip’s place is a perfect getaway!so cosy inside with stunning views.A really magical little place which my friends and I all said we would come again in a heartbeat.On arrival there was even a chocolate cake left for us!Pip was a great and friendly host.I really couldn’t fault this place and pip in any way.

Quiet spacious semidetached one bedroom bungalow

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. But more than that the hosts were so welcoming, the communications fantastic and they went above and beyond. They put so many lovely touches in with the house and everything was so well thought out. I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail was fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough!

I wasn't prepared for how lovely the cottage was, the photos just don't do it justice! absolutely gorgeous little place , everything we could have possibly needed for a perfect weekend was provided inside.The heated bedding was heaven! ☺️ and the views are stunning, I'd highly recommend this place and we will be back.
