Bell Tent holidays in a beautiful tranquil Kent meadow. Easy access motorways, stations and London from around an hour. Back to nature open skies rural experience. We supply the erected tents, use our facilities, bring your own bedding etc, (our other ads incl bedding and equipment). Great rural location, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants, pub, village shop and bus route. Take aways deliver! Close to amenities and attractions, castles, gardens, activities and much more.

We are a smallholding with alpacas, some sheep, chickens, a turkey, and elderly pony, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest for those who look properly.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful flower meadow. Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

Tibbs Farm: The Old Bramley

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.

You can set off along the river rother and make your way to Bodiam or for the less adventurous you can walk through fields to the nearest pub (10 min away). Look forward to welcoming you at the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.

Woodland hangout in flying tent

Our first flying tent in the trees has been such a hit that we’ve set up a second nearby. Nestled in a tiny pocket of rare Sussex wet woodland, this tent floats above the ground, offering an amazing sense of peace among the foliage. Watch horses graze across the stream, hear steam trains puff up the line, make dinner in your outdoor kitchen and toast marshmallows over the fire pit, before climbing into your floating bed and drifting off to the hoot of owls.

Barefoot Safari Tent

Wake up to a view over the Brede Valley, stretching out from your very own private Safari Tent? Barefoot Safari Tent is beautifully decorated, off-grid and hidden away. A unique and peaceful experience place for a romantic getaway. A comfortable, countryside retreat with a self-catered kitchen and even your own bath! It has its very own log burner and plenty of logs to keep you warm all year round. We also have Barefoot Yurts which accommodates 6 guests.

Bell - End

We’ve added a lovely bell tent for those after a simple, stripped-back camping experience—no gear needed. Just turn up and enjoy an evening under the stars with a fire pit, festoon lights, and nature all around. There’s a proper framed bed with a memory foam mattress, so no roughing it here. While there’s no shower, you’ll have your own toilet. A peaceful, hassle-free night under canvas—with just the right touch of comfort.

Delightful Bell Tent with Hot Tub

Two minute's walk from Camber Sands beach, our 4 metre bell tent makes a perfect tranquil rewilding getaway. Glamping in lovely surroundings! Plenty of room for yoga or pilates. Historic Rye is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute cycle away. This tent is in our large family garden, we also have a kitesurfing school, ebike and pedal cycle hire, SUP and kayak hire all on site. There are USB charging ports for you on site.
