There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden.
