I ett tidigare kvarnhus, med bäcken och kvarnhjulet utanför, finns 2 sovrum, matrum, pentry (inte för matlagning men det finns micro o vattenkokare ) och en toalett för övernattande gäster. Högre upp på tomten finns ägarens bostad och ett friliggande litet hus med enkel dusch o liten bastu. Trädgården är en lummig oas med bäckar, odlingar, en japaninspirerad del, växthus, fruktträd, rabatter och en utsikt över skog o hagar. En hund bor här.

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

Cabana oferă intimitate. Ciubar-ul privat este inclus pe toata durata sederii. Este localizat in terasa de sub cabana. Gratar privat. Înconjurată de copaci, aceasta este amplasată la marginea padurii, avand o vedere impresionantă la munte. Cabana se află la 5 minute de mers cu mașina de partia de ski Clabucet sau 15 minute de mers pe jos. Centrul orasului este la doar cateva minute de mers cu masina.
