Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Only 10 minutes' walk to the city centre, lovely view over sea and mountains, in a quiet and secluded place without noise, but close to everything. Modern standard, close to the bus, good opportunities to cook a cozy meal in a great kitchen. Bedroom with 150cm wide bed and attached bathroom.

Herää lintujen lauluun, nauti aamukahvi laiturilla ja katsele, kun usva nousee veden pinnasta. Tee patikka- tai maastopyöräretki läheisessä luonnonpuistossa tai kokeile kalaonneasi.
