To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! Located next door to The Governor Generals home is this Iconic 200 year old building loaded with History. The Famous Lucy Maud Montgomery used to live in this building while attending University. The top 2 floors loaded with fabulous trim and woodwork, built in glass cabinets, wonderful exposure with tons of natural light throughout. Built in 1894, this beautifully renovated one bedroom apt has lots of character and is equipped with all of the essentials. It is self contained with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of the North End - walking distance to amazing cafes, markets and restaurants. We live upstairs and go to work early, so we ask that our guests are quiet. We do not have a driveway. You can get a parking permit to park on the street day and night by visiting the HRM parking link
