Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. We’re located in the pretty village of Bredon just 3 miles from the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury, close to Cheltenham and a short drive to the north Cotswolds. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! *The Fox and Hounds is still closed due to a fire (note added April 2026)

The Malvern Hills, and the new Cotswold Designer Outlet are on the doorstep, the Cotwolds Hills, Jeremy Clarkson's pub and Diddly Squat Farm are less than an hour away. The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Hobleys Cottage is positioned on the edge of the historic village of Stanton which is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque in the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished the luxury accommodation is light and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and sitting room. Wake up to stunning views over the adjoining pasture fields; a relaxing setting and a perfect base from which to explore the Cotswalds. The village pub The Mount Inn is within walking distance.

The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.

Our Garden Studio has recently been converted. It is light and airy, cosy and warm. Sitting in the garden of a grade 2 listed cottage, it has its own entrance and patio doors leading to secluded alfresco dining area and garden. Eckington is a small friendly village within walking distance of two pubs, corner store, hairdresser, restaurant and a cookery school. We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.
