I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

Great location in the Ba Dinh district, steps from Truc Bach Lake! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Hanoi. What really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts – they were always quick to help and made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

I loved the owner, super friendly and helpful, the place is vintage and unique, I also loved the decorations inside the apartment, although the stairs are super tight on your way in and out of the apartment, but the apartment itself so so comfortable and beautiful. The location is great, at the Heart of both old quarter and the French quarter. I would stay there again and again. The hostess is really sweet and very communicative and left me and all my 4 friends, magnets, coffee and tooth brushes. Was so nice of her.

The room is spacious and extra clean, nice calm area. Will definitely come back

Host was great Eco park is beautiful No gym or pool is only negative There is a gym but very expensive But if you don’t need a gym or pool I recommend. There is bus to town (opera house) that you can buy card or $10 each way in Grab Grocery in bottom of building has everything you need. Many restaurants in area. Long stays really need a motorcycle or car.

Mình rất ưng căn home cho mình cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà, nước chảy rất mạnh, mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. Đặc biệt chị chủ rất tâm lý, thân thiện, mình nhờ chị cất giúp đồ vào tủ lạnh mà chị còn cẩn thận lọc ra r cất cho mình. Mình sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè mình qua đây. Cảm ơn chị chủ và home nhiều ạ❤️

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại căn hộ của gia đình Atutu! Không gian rất riêng tư và yên tĩnh, đặc biệt tôi rất thích khu vực xông hơi khô và tắm khoáng nóng – cơ thể được thư giãn hoàn toàn, da mướt mịn và giấc ngủ cực kỳ sâu. Căn hộ trang trí tinh tế, sạch sẽ, thơm tho. Xung quanh có chợ, siêu thị, quán ăn, cà phê, spa và công viên với nhiều cây xanh, hồ nước, rất tiện lợi để khám phá và thư giãn. Vị trí dễ dàng di chuyển. Tòa nhà có phòng gym miễn phí với đầy đủ thiết bị. Tất cả các nhân viên của tòa nhà đều thân thiện và lịch sự. Chủ nhà phản hồi nhanh, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Một trải nghiệm ấm áp, dễ chịu như ở nhà. Cảm ơn Atutu, Hồng Tươi vì tất cả!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

We had particular requests because of our trip logistics and they were very accommodating. They held our luggage for a few hours before we flew out and it realllllly showed me that they cared for us. The location is great and we enjoyed everything being walkable.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft, in der nähe gibt es alles was man braucht und das Stadtzentrum ist knapp 30 minuten mit einem Taxi entfernt. Martin war immer schnell erreichbar. Habe die Zeit genossen👍

We loved the in-house sauna, laundry area, and peaceful morning walks around the lake. Getting to the Old Quarter was quick and easy with Grab. The highlight was Hang’s heartfelt gesture of surprising us with a birthday cake for my dad and personally celebrating with us. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended! She was incredibly proactive and attentive, helping us plan the rest of our trip and ensuring we felt safe throughout. Always prompt, available, and genuinely hospitable—a truly exceptional host!

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .
