Great stay! We had a great couple of nights! Very clean!

Beautiful house, well-equipped and very easy walk to the Port and Banyula State Forest. Lovely period property, clean, easy to check-in, and off-road parking appreciated. Our dog enjoyed the weekend away with us, and felt equally welcomed. The front bedroom was noisy, but this was totally beyond the property owner's control. Being a public holiday with Echuca revelry, and with torrential rain in the early hours, revellers took shelter from the rain under the verandah, directly outside the bedroom. Then at 3am, hoons were doing burn-outs in the High St. A shame as everything about the property and the rest of the stay was fabulous! The beds were super comfy. We moved to one of the inside bedrooms for the second night, and had blissful sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a fantastic stay, the home was so clean, and equipped with more than we needed. Sonja gave us full instructions for arriving at the home, Beautiful place to sit back and relax. The Aqua park is just down the road, which the kids loved.

Very spacious, neat & tidy throughout. So suits a family. Lovely extras in kitchen , 3 types of coffee ! Able to get anywhere in Swan Hill within minutes. An easy comfortable stay. Much appreciated.

Great place to stay and a short walk to the Murry . There was plenty of space for 5 of us . Everything we needed was there and really high standard . Loved the out door area and the kids loved the pool and tennis court and I can’t forget the toys !! We had a really enjoyable time and Teagan was fantastic at communicating everything . I really recommend this lovely place you won’t regret it . All the residents are lovely in there too . Thanks for having us we are so grateful

Highly recommend Paul’s place! Fantastic location very easy to access all Moama and Echuca have to offer, walkable distance to various amenities. House is on the older side but we felt right at home and all the house features were amazing, the pool especially was very refreshing. Also very handy having laundry facilities available and we appreciated some staples left in the pantry and fridge. Paul was a wonderful host, quickly responsive to any questions and flexible with check in time to accomodate our 9 month old after a long car journey. Overall, we would easily pick Paul’s place again for future return trips!

David’s place was incredibly lovely, extremely well located and David was fantastic in making us feel welcomed to the house. Only a few minutes from the river, if you are taking a paddle steamer cruise or if you are looking for a nice restaurant or cafe nearby. Will definitely come back.
