Very cute and well equipped house with beautiful landscaping and access to the huge property. Dan was so kind in letting my kids “help” with the animals each morning and showing us around. Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING!!!! We were looking for a snowy forest getaway for the weekend and Stefanie's place was IT!!! (FYI: snow is rare at this altitude) As her listing says, it is a rural location, so if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is it! The house was very clean and the kitchen was large and could easily accommodate cooking three meals a day. Food options are about a mile or two away (since Apple Hill farms are only open in the fall). There is a bonus room down stairs with TV and lots of games. Parking right in front of the house. Stefanie communicated very quickly! I booked this stay last minute (within 4 hours of arrival) and she was very responsive and helpful. She even drove up to the house prior to our arrival to heat it up and start a fire. Would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

My boyfriend, sister, brother-in-law and I had a great stay, and I would definitely book this Airbnb again! We stayed for 2 nights for our snowboarding/skiing trip in Lake Tahoe. The home was cozy and clean, just like the pictures. I felt like it was plenty spacious for 4 people. The instructions to check in and out were easy. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a peak experience staying at this beautiful historic home and expansive property. Kathleen couldn’t have been more helpful and warm before and during our magical stay. There is so much to do on the property that you won’t want to leave. The heated pool was awesome even in Feb and we played with all the games in the garage on the courts too. We picked fresh citrus from the orchard and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were 15 guests who stayed overnight and everyone had a bed, but there is much more room for additional guests beyond what we had. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds so comfortable. She and her team have really thought of everything! We will not hesitate to go back for another family gathering soon!

Phoebe and TK’s place was truly a peaceful sanctuary. The robes, coffee, bottle of wine and wonderful bathroom amentites made it feel like a weekend of luxury. They truly thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you might need to make full meals, which we did. And they even had an assortment of spices to choose from. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views were stunning. We saw deer and quail each day. Such a lovely getaway for my birthday with my friend. We felt pampered by the thoughtful touches and intentional care put into this space. 100% recommend.

Loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Elliot gave great instructions on finding the home. We BBQ'd the first night. played games and generally had a great time. Everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back and stay.

Loved it, it was so cute & a very right-at-home feeling when you walk through the door. 2 large sized bedrooms, a full kitchen and you can even do your laundry! It’s in a private area and nighttime was quiet and peaceful. In your own little world at this home. Will return. Bathroom was nice, clean and pristine.

Tina was super accommodating to my request for a late checkout. The space was clean and there were lots of nice little touches, like extra toiletries (my boyfriend forgot his toothbrush!) and snacks and coffee/tea. The welcoming committee (two sweet dogs) were super adorable. Also, the bed was comfy! Lots of greenery and pretty views nearby 💚

Location was great, close to many wineries and restaurants in Plymouth. The property was great for our group and our dogs. Very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying at here! Perfect space for 3 couples celebrating 3 birthdays. Michelle checked in to make sure we were doing well; which was appreciated. We ventured out for wine tasting; and came back to cook amazing dinners in the chef's kitchen. The atrium was perfect for dinner, games, music, more wine and laughter. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about a return visit! thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Wonderful base to explore a beautiful area. Shannon is an attentive and friendly host; we loved the little touches that made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful setting and comfortable home. Shannon has truly thought of everything to create a home away from home for her guests.

Stunning property. Great for a weekend getaway with very hospitable guests. Will be planning on staying here again next time im back in town. I’d recommend taking advantage of a wine tasting when the tasting room is a short walk from the place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the farm guesthouse. Flora and Afshin are gracious and kind hosts. They generously made time to show us the farm animals, which was a lot of fun. The guesthouse is warm and cozy with lots of attention to detail and comfort. We appreciate the effort that they put in to make it a lovely stay.

We both agreed this was one of our best AirBnB experiences ever. The setting was just so serene and peaceful, with stunning views in every direction. The unit itself is somewhat rustic but fits in with the general ambience. Lisa is a great host -- very responsive. We highly highly recommend this getaway.

This tiny home fit my bill because I wanted a unique experience within a few hours drive from the Bay Area. Surrounded by vineyards, animal farms, and a short walk from wine tasting— truly pleasant! One thing to be mindful of is the loft bed— able body recommended since it’s 6 steps up the metal ladder (I hope the host change it to flat wood steps in the future to make it less painful for ingress/egress on the foot).

Excellent stay. Exactly like the pictures and very clean. The walking distance to the lake was so easy and the private beach access was great. Will definitely stay here again this summer.

My husband and I stayed at Nanette’s with our 3 month old daughter and two small dogs and had a wonderful stay! There were so many activities to do at the house and on the property. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly during our afternoon walks. The bed is a little squeaky when you move, but the studio was very spacious. The kitchen actually had an instapot, hot plate and a griddle that was not included in the description, but it was a wonderful surprise! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Very roomy, clean house, quiet, nice surroundings. We will most likely stay again, and recommend it to others. Was the bottle of wine complimentary? We didn't open it - maybe next time.

Great stay and great hosts. I will definitely book again if I ever make my way up to Auburn again.

This is a very clean place with a deck overlooking beautiful trees. Had a very relaxing time in the place for a weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. But a bit of limited furnitures in the place. Also, limited games for kids and no books in the house. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. We look forward to stay again..

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

Cynthia’s place was perfect for our family of 5 during our 5-day stay! The house had everything we needed to feel at home, even as 1-2 feet of snow fell outside. We cooked every day, and the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. The extra-tall garage was a huge bonus—it fit our SUV with a Thule box on top, keeping it snow-free. Inside, the high ceilings extended to both bathrooms, making the space feel open and comfortable. The living room had plenty of room to relax, and we enjoyed streaming YouTube TV and Prime Video on the TV using our accounts. After the snowstorm, we visited a nearby bike park and had a blast sledding with the sleds and boards provided at the house. The location is in a charming community, just a 10-minute drive from groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and the lake of course. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to come back again, A+!

I’ve stayed at this place before the current owners had it. I would’ve rated it a three star back then it is definitely a five star now. Plus what they have done with the winery as well is leaps and bounds better than when I visited a few years ago. At any rate, if you want to have a great girls weekend and explore the Fairplay wineries, this is your place. It was quiet and beautiful and spacious. We all had a great time.
