Five star all the way. Really amazing location, well maintained unit and John is responsive, communicative and professional to a T. We look forward to coming back to Tahoe and specifically renting this unit.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex before and come up often for kids sports. The location of the complex can't be beat, and the lakeside access, fire pits, and grounds are great. This unit had really nice lake views and was really close to club house and lake. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 5 kids. The loft is a great bonus for kids. Beats staying in a hotel 100%!!

Alan was very responsive and communicated all the important details to ensure a smooth stay. The location was great for our weekend ski trip at Heavenly and offered lots of space for our family of four. We would gladly stay again on our next ski trip!

I had a great time at the Kingbury's Crossing! We arrived there after their lobby had closed, but it was easy to still get ahold of my key for my room. When we entered our room, we were welcomed to a clean room with plenty of space. It looks better than what is shown in the pictures. The staff was very helpful and always attentive to our needs. This place was also very close to the city area of South Lake Tahoe, so it was very easy to just get up in the morning, get ready, and then head straight to the city to begin our activities for the day. All in all, I am very happy with my experience here and will definitely book again when I return!

lovely place and great area + views. if traveling with little kids you may want to rethink it though, because of the style of stairs are open and a safety hazard.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to great restaurants, the Heavenly Gondola, and beach access. The place was super clean, secure, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Robert’s place. He greeted us personally even when we arrived late in the evening and helped us check in. We stayed in the smaller room of the two room villa which was very comfortable and felt like a luxurious hotel room. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed which was OK to sleep in. The Marriott staff was super responsive and replenished room supplies with in 30 minutes upon request. The room also has a very nice bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. There is also a coffee maker in the room which we used everyday (bring your own ground coffee since the provided ones aren’t that great) . The room overlooks the pool and the three big and small hot tubs. In the morning they have aerobics sessions in the pool so you might want to keep your windows closed if you are not participating. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs which are open until 10pm. Parking can be a challenge if you decide not to pay for the $32 valet fee. We ended up parking behind the hotel and used the Flowbird app to keep adding time which ended up being cheaper then the valet. We were out most of the day anyway. Overall, I highly recommend Robert’s place.

This is our second stay at Greg and Mallory's Kirkwood Condo. We will be planning our third soon. You just can't beat this location. Ski in/Ski out with private parking and amazing views. We especially enjoyed star gazing at night and watching the groomers work the mountain. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need. Can't wait to go again.

I participated in some of the club activities which were very fun. Megan did a great job leading the activities. The extra large fireplaces to sit near on the beach at night were wonderful. The location of our condo was exactly what we wanted on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake, pool, and beach. Also the jacuzzi tub in the condo was a big plus. Thank you!

We had a great stay in this wonderful unit. It was clean, updated, and well-stocked. We did not hear any road noise (it was winter, so the windows were closed). There is no washer in the unit, but there is an inexpensive laundry room on-site (the machines take credit cards, which is great because we had no coins). The host was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. The location is perfect - right on the beach and very close to Heavenly ski resort.

The house was gorgeous and a great place for a group of friends to escape stress. The house was an easy distance from Heavenly. Michael was very quick to communicate and was both proactive and reactive when needed. I hope to come back again soon.

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Estos son algunos ejemplos, pero hay más. Saludos

Repeat customer, couldn’t be more pleased with this home and its proximity to sierra at Tahoe makes for a great ski weekend getaway!

Everything was exactly as described and had no issues with the house. Was perfect for a quick spring ski trip! Only 15 mins from Sierra at Tahoe.

Tom, the host, was very friendly, and went out of his way a few times to take care of issues. For example, there was an area power outage that lasted a few hours. Tom had 2 lanterns plus batteries dropped by our house, so thoughtful. He also responded to a leak situation with one of the air conditioning units

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.

Ally's condo is a great home base to explore Lake Tahoe from. It has everything you might need and Ally is very responsive if anything comes up. The wifi was good enough for us to work remotely during the week, the sauna was a nice perk, and there's a bus stop right across the street which will take you down to the lake for free. We would definitely stay again.

The place is great! Clean, close and comfortable! Pros: Safeway literally 1/4 mile away! Casinos are a 5 min drive ($20 uber) Hot tub Movie theater Cons: Top floor really needs curtains. It’s street level. Sauna takes a while to heat up. Overall, I recommend the place to any group especially if you’re going to the casinos.
