Beautiful restored merchants house in the centre of Javea old town, with restaurants, bars and shops within a 2 minute walk. The house has a large (6x3m) eco salt water pool for you to swim in all year and the three outdoor terrace areas offer lots of different spaces to relax. The BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven provide an array of outdoor cooking options, but there is also a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room if you’d prefer! Walking distance from Javea port and 2km from the beach.

Welcome to our cosy and sunny home! The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street and is open all year long. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car Cala Moraig beach), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the town of Moraira.

Gorgeous two storey house with a beautiful rooftop terrace with sea, mountain and town views. Located in the old town of Oliva, with all necessary services walking distance. The long sandy beach is only 35 minutes walk away. The house has one bedroom, a big cozy lounge, a dinning room and kitchen as well as bathroom with separate toilet, a shower on the terrace and a second kitchen on the terrace.
